Subscription plans are an annual commitment whether you select the monthly or annual payment options.
One-time bundles do not renew.
Each letter and product is designed for the age range specified and may include small parts not suitable for children under 3.

We currently ship to US and Canada
Please allow up to 20 business days for standard delivery upon subscribing.
The Enchanted Mailbox is not responsible for delays due to postal service or customs issues.

Monthly subscriptions can be modified but not cancelled. You may select a new adventure or credit in place of a refund.
Because our products are customized and made to order, we do not offer credits on shipped items.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
